Printer Issues
Hi Everyone,
I have a pc connected on a network to a printer. What is happening when I select a document to print in this case a excel document, the printer only que's the document but wont print it. When a test page is requested to be printed the printer prints the test page but still wont print the excel document? Which is still que'd Is there a setting I am missing? Your advice will be appreciated |

sorry for asking but are you sure youve set your new printer to default printer?
When a document gets stuck in the queue, you can try to go in the drivers and select the option print directly to printer, that way it skips the queue..
