Paper Jams out a specific program

We were working on an HP 4650 Color Laser. The complaint was that the printer gets paper jams only when printing out of a program called Alchemy. The documents are scanned, then printed on the printer. The scanned pages have three hole in them for use in a binder. You can run path tests all day with no trouble, but as soon as you send this print job it jams. Because the paper sounds different coming out of the fuser on this particular program, we started investigating. We found out that the program was telling the HP4650 to us all clors to make black. This caused quite an overlay of toner which caused the pages to stick to the fuser roller slowing it's progress. We disabled the the cartridge checks, removed the three color toners, and sent the same job. There were no jams. we could find, in the driver or page setup, a way to tell the printer to print with black toner only.
If there is a solution let me know. Thanks.
