Photosmart D7360 printer error when printing date
HP Photosmart version 6.5 on HP D7360 printer on O/S XP Pro suddenly gives the following error message on computer (not on printer screen) when print date option is selected.
“HP Photosmart has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience.” Steps taken to fix—System restored to prior date. HP driver updates installed. Installed HP Photsmart Solution Ctr. Nothing helps. Any ideas. |
