HP3390 fax machine print problem

I keep getting a vertical black line on the copies from my HP3390 Laserjet all-in-one fax machine. The line does not appear on faxes or scans, just on photo copies. I have replaced the toner cartridge & the glass is clean.

Ideas?

Not sure, but I'll move you to the printer section and see if we can get this fixed.
