HP Deskjet 5550 won't print
Hi,
I have an HP deskjet 5550 that someone had installed on the comp in my parents house. Now it stopped printing abruptly. Every time a print command is given, the file queues up to print and then deletes itself from the queue without printing. It won't even show the printing preferences page in the properties. When i tried to reinstall the driver from the web, it printed a self test page correctly but on giving a print command for a seperate file, it started behaving like before i.e. deleting files queued up for print Please help... |
