DELL Printer

Hello I have a few issues and I may need to repost one in another area but here we go!

We have a small office of 3 computer no IT person so its up to me and I am fairly good with computers

1. We have our main printer that we all 3 use and then in one of these offices she has a personal DELL AIO 962, I also want my computer to print to her printer. I went in her office and made her that it said that it was sharing but I must be doing something wrong because it still wont print.

2. problem I need to reconnect to our network so that I may add my shared file to the network and i can not get my computer to let me do this. I know i am doing something wrong again and missing information, but the two computers by the clock have the RED X and it says the network cable is unplugged but the other two computers are connected to it and working fine, how do I get mine to connect?

Thanks for all your help
