Hello, I've just bought an Epson Stylus sx600FW wireless printer, which comes with fax capability.

i've managed to install all the printing features wirelessly - hurrah - however, I can;t get a dial tone on the Fax if I connect it as shown in the fax guide that came with the printer.

here's what I've done:
Live box is connected to phone line
Epson fax in-line comes from Livebox
Epson fax out goes into phone

Phone is still working, however fax doesn;t get dial tone.

When connecting the fax directly the phone line it works...

Epson e-chat support not helpful - anybody out there who knows how to solve this?
