HP 4215 "door open" "paper jam"
HP4215 gives error "door is open". Door is not open but I open and close the door and press OK. Then get error "paper jam". There is no paper jam. I get this series of errors even when feeding just one piece of paper. It is not related to the computer because it also occures when the computer is off and I am using the printer to copy papers.
