Computer cannot get printer to print 11x17

Hi, I'm having an issue with one computer, and only one, in the office that is having issues printing out in 11x17.

Here is the issue. The user wants to print a file out on 11x17 paper but every time he tries to, the printer prints it out on 8.5x11 sheets. The printer he is trying to print to is cappable of printing both sheets and is doing it fine for the other computers.

I checked out the setting and the print set up and they do state it will be printing in 11x17, but still it prints in 8.5x11. I've even tested it out on another printer with the same capabilities but a different brand and still it prints out in regular 8.5x11 sheets.

Any ideas?

After spending half the day looking into it I have found that it may possibly be an issue with Adobe as other people on other sites have been having similar issues. I can't recall the program he was using to show me what he was trying to do but thinking back now I believe it was Adobe. I will need to check that out when I have the chance by printing it as an image and seeing what comes out. I'll keep you guys posted.

Well it appears as though it is not Adobe as I have updated the Reader and it is still getting the printer to print 8.5x11 instead of the 11x17 that I have specifically set it up to do. Any ideas?

I'm absolutely stumped. I have no clue why one computer cannot get the network printers to print 11x17 all of a sudden when all other computers print without issue. Does anybody have any idea?
