canon ipf5100
HELP,
i have enjoyed this printer and quality has been fantastic but .... tried to up date the driver via internet. Quality sucks, Geek told me to reload my cd and reinstall. I did but have two sets of IPF5100 files. I went to remove and am notified that I need to have a file named CIUnstall.exe. It is not on the cd or in my computer and the "remove programs" will not work. Can't clean this up. Any one have a clue what to do? |
