HP Laserjet 3330 Won't Scan...
I have tried to download the most recent drivers, but this has not fixed my problem. About 2 weeks ago I re-set my computer settings back to a date whre the scanner did work. Then my computer did some kind of automatic update and once again, the scanner does not work. It is not showing up anywhere in my computer. This is an all in one printer. Everything else is working fine. Now I can't remember how I re-set my computer.... Is there a better way to fix this problem?
