Printer won't print the yellow color

The printer prints all the colors except the yellow. I haven't had this cartridge long. It is almost new. I had the problem before this also but thought I needed to buy another cartridge, but now I am having it with an almost new cartridge. I need some help.

Have you run the printer tool to clean and align heads? It should be in the properties of the printer icon (through Printers and Faxes, Start menu/control panel.)
