Problem installing software for HP Deskjet 735 All-in-One
Hello
Our computer at home runs on Windows XP professional and SP3. We just purchased a new All-in-One printer-scanner from HP. Following the instructions, we ran the software from the CD (without plugging the printer in). The installation is only at Step 1 of 4 (the "current progress" says "waiting for user input") when it aborts with the following messages: hpzrein01.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. "I:\setup\HPZrein01 -| ENU -f "C:\windows\hpoins34.dat"-Validate No -w..." [rest is not visible] hpzrcv01.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I have no idea what's being done wrong, or what to do to fix it... ![]() I also have a recurring "so7.exe" problem (posted here) that I have no idea what to do with at all!! I don't know if the two problems are related, but I have a feeling that they probably are, and I don't know what to do!! ![]() Please help, someone! Please please please Thank you.
