Changing glass plate Lexmark X5470 All in One w Fax & photo feature
I have a problem that I hope someone can solve! I have two, identical Lexmark X5470's. One was zapped by lightening and doesn't work and the other works fine but the glass fax/scanner plate is broken. How can I take the glass plate out of the non-functioning machine and install it into the functioning one?? Taking them to an authorized service center is out of the question as I live in a rural area in Brazil with limited access. Help!
