Printer Server help (print sharing)

Hello to all,
I am wanting to set up my network to a shared printer. My computers are:

Dell Optiplex GX260 desktop
XP Pro


Gateway MX7120 Laptop (only wireless)
Media Center Edition 05

Home built computer
Ubuntu Ultimate 1.8 (soon to be 1.9)

HP C5180 Printer (only wired, usb or ethernet)

I have a 2Wire DSL modem/router 2701 HG

I also have a switch, and another wireless/wired router too, if needed. If it's a possibility to set this printer set up thought the Netgear router so if and when I choose to change my ISP and I won't have to figure/ask for more help.
