Must restart to print on Dell 3110cn
I have a Dell 3110cn color laser installed locally on my pc running windows xp. It is installed via USB as my default printer. I also have a Brother MFC7820N locally installed via USB.
Often when my pc has been powered on but idle for several hours, when I go to print to the Dell, it sends the doc but it just sits in the que and will not print. If I reboot the pc the doc will print upon start up. I then can print additional docs until it sits idle for several hours, then it will not print. This does not happen with the Brother printer. Any suggestions? Thanks |
