Print Spooler Issues
I recently replaced the black ink cartridge on my HP CP1215 Color Laser Printer and I have a document stuck in the print queue. The printer is hooked up to my home PC and connected wirelessly to my laptop. I am running XP on both machines. I have tried everything to delete the file from the spooler from both computers to no avail. The document was sent from the laptop. I have posted a thread on the HP website and got no results. I have gone into the hard drive windows system 32 spooler printer file and there are no documents there to delete. Does anyone have any help for me? I am really frustrated at this point!
