Trouble printing business cards
hp photosmart c4280
ser # cn73acd0v3 I am trying to print business cards on Avery 8371 format. It used to work fine, but now the card stock paper does not advance enough to place it correctly on the cards. It need to advance 1/2" more. The strange thing is that it prints perfectly on plain paper. I am on a new Vista system, but three weeks ago they printed perfectly. I also connected the printer on my laptop as well as my old XP system and had the same problem. What am I missing? |

Re: Trouble printing business cards
In the system tray, there should be a funny-looking white printer icon. Here you can set the appropriate size of card stock. Word processors often do not modify this setting.
