CX4700 won't print
my epson cx4700 indicated "out of ink" on the cyan (blue) cartridge recently, so I changed it normally.
the next time I tried to print something - black only, nothing was printed, yet the printer went through all the motions of printing. have since used all the maintenance tasks available to try to get something printed - head cleaning, alignment etc - nothing! have turned it off, reset, switched to another computer, and still nothing printed, yet goes through the motions as if printing. all ink cartridges are over half full even with all the maintenance. has anybody had a similar problem? where can I get hold of a service manual? any suggestions. |
