OKIDATA C5200n printer

I don't see that there is support here for this particular printer but thought maybe the issue might be common with other printers.

I went to load in some labels into the tray and suddenly the tray stopped working saying it's empty and to load paper and press online.

Nothing seems to work that I've tried. I have two of the same printers so I pulled the tray from the other printer to see if that solved my problem but it didn't so it's clearly something going on with the printer itself.

The tray usually pops up when I open it and it's not doing that. It appears to be in the stuck down position so that is why it's not recognizing that there is paper in the tray.

HELPPPPPPPPPPP!!! I am doing a county FAIR for 9 days and we set up a video studio and shoot 6-second video clips and I HAVE TO HAVE this printer working to print out the video clips.

I'm answering my own dumb question. I was supposed to HAND FEED the sheet. DUH!!!
