Lexmark 1195 and Netgear ps121
Hi. I have a L 1195 All In One printer, and it works fine installed locally via USB, and as a shared printer on my files server. To make it more available, I attached it to a Neatgear ps121 print server. I can actually access it for scanning, but cannot access it as a printer. Obviously, since I can access it for scanning, the IP address is all good, and can be seen on the network (standard Windows). The problem is, when I use the Add a Printer function, it craps out at he end of the setup. I can install the driver, but when the License Agreement dialog comes up, I can't respond (Not Responding). This happens every time, no matter which way I do it. When I wipe all the drivers out, and set it up locally again, no problem.
Has anyone seen this behavior before? Any ideas? Regards, Keith A. |
