Officejet Pro 7780 Problems

I recently purchased the HP 7780 printer from Newegg based on all the promises that HP makes about features and performance. Specifically, an additional paper input tray, compatibility with Windows Server 2003, the network features like network scanning and duplex printing.

Unfortunatley it has not delivered. Although HP has a driver for Server 2003 on their website, their "tech support" tells me it's not compatible. The network features don't really work either, as the scanner can't find or connect to any of the folders which I have set up. The fax, second paper tray and copy features seem to work fine.

After reading many very negative reviews about this product I have pretty much made up my mind to return it, however, I'm hesitating because I can't seem to find any other AIO's that seem to do all that this promisses.

Any ideas on a comparable product or how I can solve the setup issues with the HP??
