How to connect remotely, assigned static ip to printer?
Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this post...
What I currently have is my printer HP K8600 connected to my t1 router (netopia) and it is assigned it's own static ip. What I would like to do is give others remote access however I do not know what settings to place in the configuration. What I have is the info below Host Name: K8600 Domain Name: xxxxx IP Address: xxxxxxx Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.xxx Default Gateway: xxxxxxxx Preferred DNS Server: xxxxxxxx Alternate DNS Server: xxxxxxx Hardware (MAC) Address: xxxxxxxxx This is example or sample of what it is asking for. example: http://server/printers/myprinter/.printer Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
