HP C7200 will not send a simple fax but ...
Hi,
I have a HP c7200 all in one series printer. I did the fax wizard to set up the fax. I did the self fax test and everything passed. I put a document in the tray and clicked on send a fax. I got a failed scan fax message. I put a document on the glass and clicked on send a fax. I got a failed scan fax message. I scanned the document and saved it to a file. I viewed the document and printed it with the C7200 fax printer and the document faxed successfully. What should I check out next? Thanks |
