Printing multiple copis, prints 1 page
Hi.
I have a networked 6940 Deskjet printer which users access via a Citrix session. When they use print multiple copies of (for example), a Word document, only 1 comes out. This can be overcome by printing the same document several times, but obviously it's not ideal. Help would be appreciated. |
