Cannot find printer Lexmark X4270
I have a Lexmark All In One printer - X4270 that came with a CD. When the installation CD asks that you connect the USB cable, nothing happens. I've also downloaded updated drivers from Lexmark but I continue to get the same error message: Cannot find printer.

Assuming the driver installation completed reboot the computer, go in to Printer Properties and click on the Ports tab. In the list of ports check that the USB00x: port is selected. If not then select it and okay your way out. Test.
