HP F300 Computer Freeze Problem.

my printer's ink had reacently ran out. both black and coloured. i bought a black refilling kit the printer worked good for about 25 difffent printing operations i always used to get the window telling me im low on ink and i could click okay to continue. after the 25 operations i saw that teh computer used to freeze up at this window.i figured it was because the i refilled it too much because i heard of HP inks only working for a number refills. anyways i only needed black urgently so i only bought that. the printer still gives the freezing problem im strapped for cash so dont want to buy a coloured ink since it very expensive in my countyr, could u help me out guys:
