I have a Dell computer which operates on Windows XP. The whole family used the same password and now my brother has maliciously removed the password from the system. The only password restore that I have found entails using the administrator's password and I have no idea what that could be!Is there a way to either retrieve the original password or to create a new one? The computer is now sittting like an unusable lump. The only access that we do have is thru Safari for my very young sisters. Everything else is closed off by McAfee. Thanks for the help. |

Re: password retrieval
You posted your question in the wrong forum. Anyway if your brother changed the password, you need to get it from him since it is against the rules of this forum to help with passwords
