HP M4345 MFP - Kerberos Authentication Configuration
Hi,
My name is Shelina and I am trying to setup an HP M4345 MFP device to integrate with Active Directory for authentication. I believe I have configured the device correctly with the AD information, but everytime we try to login with domain credentials, it gives a general error of "login failure". We have tried it with 3 different accounts (and of course, the correct password) but still the same error. Before the MFP can authenticate a user, it has to validate the user credentials and also has to find the user's email address and name with the LDAP server. Has anyone set up Kerberos authentication on an MFP before? Thanks!! |
