Epson stylus printer suddenly stopped printing
My Epson Stylus Color 850 printer suddenly stopped printing inthe middle of a document and I can't get it back to work again. I checked ink cartridges (ok) and did a self-test on my printer and it works without any problems.
I checked the name of the documents in the printer queue. I can see the names, but all other fields, i.e. "status", "port", etc. are empty. I checked the installed Hardware in the Device Manager (Windows XP) and I couldn't find any ports. It seems all a bit weird and I'm not a Computer expert and I don't know what to do or where to look. Do you have any ideas? Towanda |
