designjet 2800 ???'s

just got a refurb plotter but came w no software.... i was able to download the drivers but when i try to print a window pops up saying error it is hooked up into same port as other printer and it works fine.....is there somthing im missing??? thanks for the help

ok so lookin into this a little more i think i have the wrong drivers installed.....does anyone kno where to find the driver for 2800cp??
