HP Deskjet 2120 All in One Not printing Black

Problem is simple, it wont print black, it replaces black with a blue color in some areas, but when printing plain black document, it wont print anything. I filled the cartridge with black ink since it had a hole at the top of it underneath a sticker and it still didnt fix the problem, it still acts like its out of ink. For brief periods its prints in black but very dull color like its out of ink then it will stop printing black altogether.

However...... it seems it prints black on glossy paper, hard to tell though if the pic i printed with black is true black though, but it will not print black on plain paper.

Is a new Black Ink cartridge in store?
