Dell Aio 962 Black Ink Prints With White Horiz Lines

I am having trouble with my print quality. Approx. 6 mths ago, I purchased a refillable ink cartridge at Cartridge World. All was working okay and then black ink started leaking from somewhere. Not sure, but my white carpet was full of ink. At this time, the black cartridge was working correctly and the print looked good. Then the cartridge got low and needed to be refilled. I called Cartridge World and they told me I could bring in my printer and they'd look, but it's about 20 miles away.

I am trying to find out how to clean the ink nozzles myself instead of making the drive. Does anyone know how to clean the nozzles? I have already performed the "Cleaning Cartridge Nozzles" several times but the white lines are still present. The color cartridge is working perfectly.

A week ago I bought another black ink cartridge from another Cartridge World. They said a poor job was done with my 1st refilled cartridge and gave it back to me to show the other Cartridge World. I am now using my newly refilled black cartridge and getting white lines. I am looking to see specific instructions about cleaning my ink nozzles and/or pads??

Whatever I need to do to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Any ideas from anyone?
