HP Officejet pro L7680 help please!
This is at my workplace by the way. I am trying to solve a scanner problem for a co-worker, I haven't had much HP scanner experience. Anyways when she goes to scan a document, it only scans 1/4 of it and then it cuts off the rest. What's going on? Is it a hardware or softwar issue? Please help. Thanks.

I can't solve the problem but can suggest a temp work around. I was getting the same problem just the other day when trying to scan directly to email. I ended up scanning using the HP Solution Center to get the full document. Good luck.
