Mono-color printing on HP Deskjet 842C
The printer prints a page in all blue or all pink ink. I have two PCs connected to the printer, one using pin connector cable and the other a USB cable. I've switched printers, another HP Deskjet 842C, and cartridges, three times, without any change. I've deleted the printer from my home PC and had the system find it, without success. (I did not do this with my work-at-home laptop. Maybe I should have deleted the printer from both PCs?) Even text that is all black prints in mono color.
Since I am running parallel PCs and cables and have switched out printers and cartridges, I cannot determine what other factor could be causing this mono color printing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |
