HP Laserjet 5000N printing problems
Hi guys, I'm having some trouble printing documents from my computer to my printer. I have a Laserjet 5000N and recently upgraded the firmware on my 600N Printer Server card. I have also upgraded to Acrobat Reader 8.1.2. I used to be able to print a document that blue in it and when it printed, it would come out as black. Now it comes out as a light grey. Does anyone know how to fix this issue. I have tried multiple setting combinations and haven't been able to get it yet. Thanks for taking the time.
