printer cartridge door won't close--help!
Hi everyone! I've got a (dumb!) question which I can't figure out myself--I have an HP psc2175xi printer--and I attempted to change a print cartridge as it was running low on ink. Now I get a printer message of "door open close print cartridge access door,"--but I don't know how to do that! I first tried re-inserting the print cartridges--I think I did that correctly, as the cartridges moved to the right--out of sight! but I still can't close the door--any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help!
