Dell 3010cn installed on network won't print in colour on user machines
Hi,
I've installed a Dell 3010cn on our network. Installation was smooth and the printer prints in colour when printing from the server, unfortunately it refuses to print in colour on user machines. There is a ColourTrack features that lets you restrict colour printing but this feature is turned off. The printer is set to print in colour on the server, but where this option is given on the server it is greyed out on user machines and when you click 'Properties' in the print window afer choosing Print, I get a message pop-up telling me that it has changed the setting by itself (please see the attached image). I thought it might be a permission problem so I gave my own user account full rights (and even added myself as the manager of the printer) but I still get the same result. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
