HELP! HP Photosmart D7360 - pics of problem included

This problem is going to cost me a fortune.

I have an HP Photosmart D7360 and I am trying to print invitations for an anniversary party. The printer keeps chopping off the text though and it does it completely arbitrarily. Sometimes it's off by an inch, sometimes by three inches, and sometimes it prints fine. It does it whether I am printing directly from photoshop, printing from a saved pdf, a jpeg image in Photosmart Premier... it doesn't matter. I know I have the custom invitation paper size entered correctly.

Perhaps it's a feed problem?? I have cleaned the feed rollers twice though. These are expensive invitations... they HAVE to be in the mail tomorrow morning and I don't have enough left to screw up any more.

PLEASE help. Here are some pics of what it looks like. There is some slight streaking and the edges of the invitations are being slightly damaged by the printer also.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this... please - I would really appreciate the help. I don't want this surprise party to be hindered by some printer problem.

They aren't that thick... basically just high quality cardstock paper.

It feeds sheets of 8.5 x 11" cardstock ok - I have been printing maps that go with these invitations on letter sized cardstock today with no problem. It's just when I switch it to the smaller size.

Could just the rollers on that end have a problem? This printer is pretty fixed and there aren't that many removable parts that will let me get in there to examine things. I guess I could get a screwdriver and take it apart but jeeez... I thought maybe this was a common problem with a simple fix.

If I wasn't out in the boondocks I would have just zipped over to kinkos a long time ago.

help.
