Epson Dx3800.. Wont print Black
Hi, My problem started when I ran out of the Cyan cartridge and found that the printor wont print in black at all. I have altered the defaults to 'black ink only' to no avail.
I'm not sure if this printer needs all its colors full to enable it to print in black only. At all times the black peardrop is lit red. Can anyone help me out here please. It may be just me and fingure problems but i have a sneaky feeling that this printer may need all its colors to print black. Pete |
