Lexmark Z85 all in one printer

Have recently encountered a problem when printing out emails (Outlook express), which reads in plain text on screen, but when printing, give full html details, i.e. one short email of 6 lines could run into several full pages of html codes, etc.

No settings have been physically changed by us who are the only users, and we have been using this system for several years!

Can anyone please help or advise?

What version of Outlook Express are you using?

Hi - thanks for your interest - we are using Version 6 of Outlook express

Go to file in print in Outlook express. Click on the options tab. Are any of the options checked?
