Cannot find "C:\WINDOWS\system32\printer.exe"

This message appears everytime i log into my computer.
Also, all of the users are restricted from control panel. The error message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." apears.
Any help would be appreciated.

i would follow those steps, but if u read the other part of my comment, u would kno i cant get into control panel

You have a major malware infection on your hands. Please post a new thread in our security forum and let them help you with this.
