Problem with Fiery Driver on a Bizhub 350
We have a Bizhub 351C. It works for most users, except for 2 that recently upgraded to Windows Vista. I’ve installed the new Vista driver and it seems to work ok. The problem I’m coming across is when I try to print multiple copies of a document. If I’m printing a document and choose more than 2 copies I only get 1 copy print. If I choose 2 copies I get 2 copies, but that seems to be the highest it will go. Any ideas how to fix this?
I've tried the native Vista drivers but they don't support group tracking. I've also tried the 2003/XP drivers, but they crash the spooler on one of the Vista systems and won't remember the user account on the printer on the other one. |
