I am working on a program that would send an XPS document to either your Canon LBP3410 LIPSLX or to your Canon Pixus 6500i. The problem is after a number of pages, the XPSDocumentWriter will send a WritingCompletedEvent with an Error that "It failed to retrieve the PrintCapabilities of the PrintTicketProvider." Not all pages are printed then. This problem is seen only on Vista Japanese.

Here's a snapshot of the log. The XPS document is supposedly 7 pages, but only 3 to 4 pages are printed.

Other printer brands are working okay, eg. Xerox and HP. Printing to the virtual printer like XPSDocumentWriter and Adobe are also okay.
Does this product of yours have full support to XPS? Need your help on this ASAP.

update.

I spoke too soon. It's occuring on HP as well. Printing to XPS Document Writer is okay. Vista English is also okay.
