The last page printed is always file details or properties
Hi guys,
My brother has an issue when printing documents (Epsom C82). He can print OK however the last page printed does not belong to the file he sent to the printer.. the last page printed is always details about the print job or properties. So far it only seems be as a result from printing from Quickbooks 2006, I haven't tested to see if this happens when printing from other applications. Can anyone shed any light as to what could be causing this? I'm not at his office today so if you need any more information it could take a few days. Many thanks. |

Try printing from another program and see if that page shows up. If not, we just need to find the setting in Quickbooks and disable it.
