Paper will start to move through the feeder tray but jams on the left side just as it enters the flat tray (glass top). Printer is about four years old. Every thing else works great. Any suggestions?

Re: hp d145
i have an extra document feeder for that unit if you are interested. I picked up a second one as I was getting, and still am an error about paper jam but no paper was in it. I got no help from HP and I have searched w/o luck trying to fix it.
It (both) still print fine and receive faxes but I cannot scan anything. I bouoght a kit with "special solution" to clean all contacts with no luck either. Anyone no of this error with D135 and D145's? and how to fix it? |
