Printer not printing color after cartridge change
My dell 720 printer has stopped printing color after a cartridge change. I have run all maintenance procedures without successfully restoring color printing. I have uninstalled and re installed the printer, still no color. Please help!

You did take the tape of the printer head of the cartridge before installing, didn't you? Sounds too simple but I've made this basic mistake
