Xerox Documate 510
I work in an office setting with a Xerox Documate 510 that consistently loses connection saying that it cannot connect to a TWAIN device. I have found that if i open the device manager turn it off, uninstall it, and turn it back on it will work but only for a limited period. I fix this machine on average 3 times per day. While it makes it seem as though I am always working it is getting old. Any help would be appreciated.
BTW the machine is running XP PRO |
