Loses all network printer connection when connecting a USB Printer
My XP machine is connecting to a few network printers. When I plug another USB printer to my PC, all the network printers are lost, and it doesn't recon the newly connected USB printer neither. If I unplug the USB printer and reboot evyerthing resume normal. When I connect the USB printer, the problem surface again.

Which XP Service pack do you have installed? I ask because there are USB Printer disconnect issues that are corrected in XP Service Pack 2. What is the make/model of your PC, printer, network printer? - John |
