dell a 920

hi all i got a problem with my printer bought brand new genuine colour catridges black too (which works) the colour wont ive tried everything even putting it in the colour i get a print from it the three colours and i put the black in the colour spot but got nothing!? HELP!?

Sometimes you just get a bad cartridge. Return it where you bought it and they should swap it for another one.
